The villa is located in a very quiet part of the romantic old fishing village Postira (Brac, Croatia). The architecture and the building style of the villa are mainly characterized by quality, elegance and simplicity. Sustainable and professionally used contemporary materials and furnishings correspond perfectly with each other and, together with hard and sharp building contours, form the compromise between tradition and modernity.

The front of the building facing the street is built in the traditional island architectural style. The main entrance with a frame made of solid stone and only one window above, the frame of which is also made of solid stone, are typical of the traditional island construction to protect against strong winds and sun. However, the opposite, sea-facing side of the building consists of four sliding wings on each of its three floors, each 2,20 m long and 2,30 m high.

Since the building is located on a slightly sloping site, ie the first floor is at street level, the main entrance to the house is located there. On one side of the building there is a staircase leading from the upper terrace to the lower one, a swimming pool and a side entrance to the lower level of the building.

In the basement there is a spacious hall, two apartments with bathrooms for guests and a living room from which an internal staircase leads from the basement to the first, ie middle floor (mezzanine). On the middle floor (mezzanine) there is a very spacious living room (approx. 80 m2). There is also a lobby and a guest toilet.

A very wide staircase leads from the first, middle floor to the second and last floor. Considering that relaxation and good sleep are essential in human life, the builders paid special attention to the bedrooms and bathrooms, which are located on the top floor. The dimensions of the bedroom and bathroom are 40 m2 +20 m2 and the height is 4,5 m. All rooms on this floor have a height of 4,5 m.

The magnificent and breathtaking views from the terraces and rooms on each floor, along with all the other features, is an added plus. Sophisticated construction, exceptional insulating properties, as well as the materials and equipment used in the construction of the building allow guests exceptional comfort and a pleasant microclimate not only during the long hot summer, but also in winter with strong winds that blow on almost all islands are common.

The elegant simplicity of the villa together with the best building materials and branded fittings are the main features of the whole building, both indoors and outdoors.
