The master bedroom also has a sofa, which can be converted into an additional bed. Let's get to the outside area. From the living/dining room area you can access the terrace with the wonderful infinity pool, which invites you to swim and splash around. Here you can also enjoy this wonderful sea view from the pool and have the feeling of swimming directly in the sea. Of course, the pool can also be heated. The rear area of the terrace was covered with a pergola and offers perfect shade for hot days, as well as for parties with friends and guests at the long table. A grill completes the whole thing again. The front patio area offers a lounge corner and plenty of space for sun loungers. Here you can also perfectly avoid each other with the extended family.
The villa also offers 2 spacious parking spaces for your cars. Of course, the house can be fully air-conditioned.

Razanj, a part of Rogoznica, is not far from the town of Rogoznica and is a small place in Dalmatia on the Adriatic coast. The coastal town is located on a small island called Kopara. The island is connected to the mainland by a causeway. The coastal town is ideal for those who want to spend a quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. You can stroll along the pretty coastal promenade and marvel at the architecturally appealing Mediterranean construction. The old stone houses are inviting and the large squares invite you to linger.
One of the sights is the Drachenaugensee. The lake is filled with salt water from the sea. It is a maritime lake. This means that it is fed underground from the sea via an invisible access. This can be seen from the fact that the ebb and flow of the sea have an influence on the water level of the lake and that it rises and falls in rhythm with the ebb and flow of the tide. An interesting phenomenon can be observed in the lake. Every few years the lake becomes cloudy and the entire flora and fauna dies and disappears into the sea via the underground tunnels. To this day it has not been clarified why this is so.
If you want to experience something very special, visit the Outdoor Marine Aquarium. The Outdoor Marine Aquarium is a kind of open-air zoo, where sea creatures are exhibited and which is freely accessible to visitors. The aquariums are large and the colorful sea creatures are pretty to look at. Also worth a visit is the Krka National Park, which has seven waterfalls. Over a total distance of 424 meters, the water plunges into the depths and amazes visitors from the wonderful nature.
The place is on a slope and the streets either lead uphill or downhill. From the upper part of the village you have a wonderful view over the entire bay, the coast and the Mediterranean Sea. If you like it a little more active, you will find various sports options. There are offers for stand up paddling, deep sea fishing and other water sports. In Rogoznica there is a sailing school where the fine art of gliding silently on the water can be learned with the sole support of the wind.
The beaches of Rogoznica are beautiful and mostly flat. The shore runs flat out into the sea and so children can also splash around and play. The beaches mostly consist of pebbles. But these are bright and not too pointed. However, it is still advisable to have a pair of beach shoes with you. There are many different beaches in the region. There are a few pretty little spots where you can definitely enjoy your peace and quiet.
Those who want to explore the culinary side of the region will find numerous restaurants and pubs, some of which are naturally located in the harbor and invite you to linger.
